Our Services…

Consultation and Proposal:

In approximately one hour, your CHS consultant will meet with you to discuss your goals, expectations, and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.  We will educate you on the “buyer’s eye” and the home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions.  We will conclude this  meeting by giving you a proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to maximize the possibility of a speedy sale at top dollar.

Half Day of Home Staging:

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less then 2000 square feet.  The CHS consultant will be working from our “FEEL HOME” philosophy in order to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories and props to complete the look of each room.

Full Day of Home Staging:

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet.  We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home.  You won’t believe the difference a day can make!

Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides:

Add a completed 10-page Action Plan to any of the above Staging Days in order to complete the look yourself.  We’ll take an extra hour going through the home with you and filling out our Action Plan.  We will also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides for the projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

Open House Preparation:

Whether it is an open house, a brokers tour, or a realtor who has called to set up an appointment, we can touch up your home prior to your visitor’s arrival.  Up to 2 hours can be spent putting your home back together and ensuring that all the special touches are still in place.  We don’t clean your house, we just help to primp it.

Packing, Decluttering, and Depersonalizing:

You have the option to use a CHS consultant to help you minimize clutter and pack away personal items.  Whether you are too busy and need two consultants or would like to do it yourself along with a consultant, we can help you.  We can also provide you with packing materials at cost.

Shopping Service:

We will create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of a room.  We know where to go and even get “Designer Discounts” which we pass on to you.

Additional services can also be considered based on client needs, budget and schedule.
